// CLIENTS

Real businesses,
running on Meridian™.

Every Meridian™ client is a real Montreal service business. We keep the roster small on purpose — each one gets real attention. As campaigns mature and numbers come in, the case studies get deeper. Below: the full picture, before vs after, and why it matters.

Note on numbers: live clients show measured results; launching clients show projections based on the live system's benchmarks. Conservative estimates — we'd rather under-promise and let the data catch up.

RenoZ

Flooring — installation & sanding

Montreal, QC

The origin client. Everything Meridian became started here — Axel's own flooring business, where every system was tested before it became something we offer to anyone else.

// BEFORE

The state of the business at intake.

RenoZ was the classic owner-operator squeeze. Phone ringing while on a job site. Quotes scribbled on paper. Leads from Facebook landing in an inbox that wasn't checked until 9pm. Past clients forgotten the moment the floors were sealed. Cash-flow visibility came once a month from an accountant — by then half the bad weeks had already happened. Solid work, scattered ops.

// APPROACH

What we did and in what order.

We started with the bottlenecks costing the most money — lead response and quote follow-up — then layered in the operations stack so the rest of the business stopped running on memory. Everything got integrated into one system the founder could check from a phone between jobs.

// INTEGRATED

Systems plugged into the business.

  • Custom log app integrated for job and client tracking
  • Financial dashboard connected with per-project profit visibility
  • Echo AI™ integrated for 24/7 bilingual SMS response
  • Estimate workflow connected end-to-end with Google Sheets
  • Review and referral automations layered on top

Lead response time

Before

~4–6 hours

After

Under 60 seconds

Echo AI™ replies the moment a lead lands. In French or English. Day or night.

Lead drop-off rate

Before

Estimated 40–50%

After

Under 10%

Faster response + automated 24h / 72h / 7-day follow-ups means inquiries no longer go cold while on a job site.

Quote-to-close rate

Before

~22%

After

~34% (+55%)

Most of the lift came from automated quote follow-ups catching clients who would have otherwise gone quiet.

Admin hours per week

Before

12–15 hours

After

3–4 hours

Centralized job tracking, automated invoicing, and unified inbox cut the after-hours admin grind by ~75%.

Pipeline visibility

Before

None — scattered notes

After

Real-time, per-project

The financial dashboard surfaces revenue, costs, and margin per job, in real time, on the founder's phone.

Past clients reactivated

Before

~0

After

Continuous

Review automation + referral system + seasonal reactivation turn finished jobs into a long-term lead source.

// WHY IT MATTERS

Service businesses don't lose money on the work — they lose it in the gaps. Slow replies. Forgotten follow-ups. Quotes nobody chased. Once those gaps closed, the same effort produced ~40% more revenue with measurably less time at the desk. The system did the chasing so the founder could do the work.

Stonelock

Hardscape — paver installation & sealing

Kirkland, QC

First full Meridian™ install outside of RenoZ. Stonelock is a hardscape and paver-sealing operation in the West Island — small team, premium positioning, getting set up to scale before the season ramps.

// BEFORE

The state of the business at intake.

Stonelock had the work and the reputation but no system underneath. Leads came from Facebook DMs, neighbour referrals, and a web form that nobody monitored. Quotes were sent from the truck. Pricing was different every time. There was no visibility into which marketing spend produced jobs and which didn't. Capacity was being eaten by admin instead of getting deployed onto more sites.

// APPROACH

What we did and in what order.

We installed the full revenue ops backbone before the spring season starts — so every lead that comes in during peak demand lands in a structured pipeline, gets answered immediately in French or English, and gets followed up automatically. Day one of the season, the machine is already running.

// INTEGRATED

Systems plugged into the business.

  • Full CRM pipeline configured with hardscape-specific stages
  • Echo AI™ integrated for hardscape qualification (FR/EN, 24/7)
  • Meta ads infrastructure set up — first campaign launching Q2 2026
  • Review and referral systems integrated for post-season reactivation
  • Booking calendar connected directly to estimate workflow

Hours to days

After

Under 60 seconds

After

Targeting 30–50/mo

Pipeline visibility

Before

None — DMs & paper

After

Full CRM, day one

Every lead source, every stage, every quote — tracked from the first inquiry. No leakage.

Booking-to-estimate conversion

Before

Estimated <40%

After

Targeting 65%+

Direct calendar booking + automated reminders eliminate the back-and-forth that loses momentum.

Off-season revenue

Before

Effectively zero

After

Reactivation campaigns

Seasonal reactivation built in — past clients get touched for sealing renewals before competitors call them first.

// WHY IT MATTERS

In hardscape, the season is short and the leads come fast. A business that responds in minutes captures the work. A business that responds in hours loses it. By installing the system before the season starts, Stonelock is set up to convert at the top of the demand curve instead of recovering from it.

// HONEST NOTE

This page stays honest. Live clients show measured results from real systems running today. Launching clients show conservative projections based on the live business's actual benchmarks — not best-case marketing fiction. The roster is small because that's the point: every client gets real engineering, real attention, and real follow-through. As campaigns mature, this page gets deeper.
